 Lines of route: DISA – IVR.

 Time interval: define on which days the IVR route should be effective

(weekdays, weekend, workdays). Select all the options (Ctrl + click on

interval) for always.

 CLIP/CLIR: set default (for both CLIP and CLIR).

 Description: need not be completed.

Now that you have added the route to IVR, proceed to the LCR.

LCR

Here set the prefix for routing calls to IVR.

Click on Add in the LCR window.

The LCR settings will get displayed.
